How to Start Bidding
Bidding on GunEagle is very easy. Just follow these four simple steps:
1. Register
If you want to bid in auctions to get amazing deals, you'll need to register first. Registration is free and very easy. After you register, you will receive a confirmation email. Make sure to click the link in this email to confirm the set-up of your account.
2. Buy Bids.
Bids are available in various sized Bid Packs. GunEagle accepts multiple payment methods including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
Your bids are stored in your Bids Account.
3. Choose an Auction
We have amazing deals every day at GunEagle. What auction will you choose? Will it be the latest Handgun? A brand new sporter rifle? Maybe some ammo? Decide what you want and start bidding!
4. Place Bids to Win!
Click on the 'Bid' button to place a bid. Each time you place a bid, GunEagle deducts one bid from your Bids Account, and we add time to the clock. We add time to allow for other users who might want to win an auction item have an opportunity to place a bid. If you are the last bidder when the timer reaches zero, YOU WIN! If you need to leave your computer and want to put this bidding on auto, don't worry - you can use the Autobidder to place bids for you.
How Does GunEagle Work?
Bids are pre-paid and placed in your Bids Account.
Each time you place a bid, your Bids Account is deducted one bid. Once a bid is placed the auction the price will go up by $0.01, and the timer resets to the preset increment every time someone bids. This gives enough time for someone else to make the decision to bid if they're interested. This is similar to the Going once...Going twice...SOLD! approach of traditional auctions.
If you are the top bidder when the timer reaches zero, you win! You will then pay the ending auction price as well as the cost of shipping. If you do not win, you lose your bids that have been placed; however, we offer a Buy Now feature on most of our auctions. When you use our Buy Now feature, we subtract the partial cash value ($0.50) of the bids you've placed from the value price of the item, and you only have to pay the difference.
